My experience with Joseph Sada and his whole team was the best I have ever had. Joe made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Usually this process is very stressful and complicated but Joe was very helpful and patient with me. I suffer from anxiety so I tend to not pay attention to instruction very well and I know I was annoying to Joe. I annoyed myself so I could imagine what I put him through. From beginning to end Joseph made this experience so pleasant and I cannot express how he made such an ordeal, applying for a mortgage, so easy. We turned to him to save a deal that was pre approved and then denied. I really thought there was no hope, but he was able to pull it off. He is super responsive and walked me through all my questions so patiently. This was a tuff deal to close on and he worked with me every step of the way.
